1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your support belt must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unworn or unused (trying it on briefly over clothing for sizing is perfectly fine).
Free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or pet hair.
In its original packaging with all included components (such as removable support bars or extension straps).
2. Sizing Exchanges
Orthopedic support is only effective if the fit is right! If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us immediately at info@thoracare.pk. We will gladly guide you through our quick exchange process to get the correct size shipped out to you as fast as possible.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
